RETURNS: Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:
1- The product you have received is defective or damaged. Please call for a return authorization number.
2- The product is not what you were expecting or is unsuitable. Item(s) must be returned unused, in original packaging and suitable for resale as a New item. Used items that are not defective do not qualify and will not be accepted for refund.
All returns must include original paperwork including receipt and will be refunded in the same method as was paid.

Reimbursement for returns: We will pay for return shipping of damaged or defective products. Shipping costs for any other returns are prepaid by customer.

Stock issues: We try to maintain stock of everything we sell. As you can imagine this is not always possible. There are times when we run out of certain items. We will ship your order as quickly as possible after we receive it. If an item is not in stock we will notify you. We will then determine an approximate delivery date of the item(s) and decide if we will ship your order in more than one shipment or wait for the remaining product(s) to arrive and ship complete. If an item is no longer available we will notify you and remove that item from your order. Wherever possible we will recommend a substitute item.

Credit Card Charges: We only charge your credit card when we have confirmed stock of the items you have ordered and the shipment is being shipped from our facility within 24 hours.
Please have your credit card with expiry date ready when you place your phone order. COD orders are no longer accepted. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and e-transfer.
